eva/3 Application Builder allows to convert a table from one database to another by Drag & Drop the table for conversion into the required database. eva/3 Application Builder identifies the systems and does the conversion for you.
If tables are transferred between different database systems, data type discrepancies can occur. A data type which is used in the source database possibly isn't supported in the destination database. If this arises, the suitable data type for the destination database can be chosen from the Datatype conversion dialog (s. fig. 21 ).
