Database Administration

The database administration view can manage databases from different database systems. eva/3 Application Builder identifies the different database systems and translate there SQL dialect. The application can operate simultaneously with different database systems without becoming necessary to change a single line of source code.

Existing databases can be connected with the help of the database administration view. Forms with given selection fields helps to enter the correct connection parameters. Once they are saved they are always available.

Adjusted databases could refer to different database server. Additional setup- or configuration steps aren't necessary.

From within the database administration view tables can be selected and displayed in a result view.
