Database
ControlKind	Defines how the images are stored
		Embedded	The image data is stored in the database
		Linked	The pathname of the image will be stored in the table. the image itself will be stored as file.
		Indexed	In addition to the image data, there exist a index column with the assigned offsets

IndexControlSource	The column that contains the offsets of the TIFF image data
IndexTableSource	The table that contains the offsets of the TIFF image data
