Generate Reports

The command Generate Report creates a report based on a table or a query.The values of the columns will be represented by a PFormattedField.

The new Report can be generated by right click on the target folder and then selecting the menu item New > Generate report (s. fig. 148 ).

After entering the report name with the suffix .report and click on the button Data source the Document selection dialog opens.

By pressing the button Finish, the report will be generated (s. fig. 209 ).
