Menu

The Menu File contains commands to work with reports

The menu File contains the following commands:

Info Opens the Info dialog
Print Opens the Print dialog
Save as PDF Saves the report as ODF file.
to save a report as Portable Document Format (PDF) the additional library iText from Bruno Lowagie will be used. The library can be downloaded for free from the developers page www.lowagie.com and must be inserted in the class patzh of the project
Save as 'Exel Sylk' File Saves the record as Exel Sylk file. This can be opened and edited with Exel
Exit Closes the Print Preview

By rightclick on the representation of the report, the Contextmenu to change the representation appears.

The Contextmenu Contains the following commands:

Layout Defines how many pages will be arranged in the Page Preview
Skalierung Defines the display size
