eva/3 Application Builder supports the online update of eva/3 applications. An update can contain files to update the application as well as .sql scripts to update the database.
An updateable eva/3 Application Builder application needs a update database and a licence database. The update will be uploaded into the update database. One or more licence numbers will be assigned to the updated. The client reads its licence number for each update and checks for an update with this licence number in the update database. If an update with a matching licence is available, the client update process wil be initialized.
