Validation of Documents

The validation of eva/3 Application Builder documents is done by the adapted IReferenceBuilder. On reading the references of a resource it should applay markers (IMarker) to a resource, when references fail or the content of the resource is not valid.

The applayed markers should extend the eva/3 Application Builder marker com.odc.eva3.dev.core.markers.marker1. So they can be removed by the IncrementalEvaDocumentReferenceBuilder on rebuilding an eva/3 Application Builder project.
