After specifying the time period (s. fig. 333 ), in the report Weekly overview of calls all calls done in the time period are listed (s. fig. 12).

Date The date of the calls
Time The time of teh calls
Contact person The contact person
Subject The subject of the calls
Phone/Job The jobrelated telephone number of the contact person
Direct dialing The direct dialing number of the contact person
Fax number The fax number of the contact person
