Form - Customer Orders

By the button add/edit an order at the form Customers, you attain the form customer orders.

The form has the following fields:

Date received The date, at which the order was received
Date requested The date, at which the order was requested
Entered by The coworker, who entered the order. Select from the coworkers, who were seized in the form personnel
Pruchase number The purchase number for the order
OrderNumber Automatically generated number of the order. This field cannot be edited
Customer number The customer number of the selected customer. This field cannot be edited
Table WorkOrderPieces Table in that you register the used spare parts.
You create a new spare part entry, by clicking the empty line at the end of the table.
By clicking the red cross right beside the table you remove the selected spare part.
The following columns are available:
UnitName Select the spare part, which is used here. The spare parts are available, which were defined in the form Pieces
Quantity Enter the count of the used spare parts
UnitPrice The unit price of the spare part. The given value is defined in the form Pieces
Table Manpower Table in that you register the coworkers, which are involved in the job order.
You create a new coworker entry, by clicking the empty line at the end of the table.
By clicking the red cross right beside the table you remove the selected coworker.
The following columns are available:
Department Select the coworker, who is involved here. The coworkers are available, who were defined in the form Personnel
ChargeableHours Register here the number of hours, which the coworker worked on the job order
PaymentRate The amount of hour, which is to be paid. The given value is defined in the form Personnel
Comment Notes for the employment of the coworker
Model The Model, at which the order for customer service is executed
Serialnumber The serial number of the Model, at which the order for customer service is executed
Description The description of the Model, at which the order for customer service is executed
Finished at The date, at which the order for customer service was terminated. As long as this field is not set, an order is considered as incomplete and in the report Outstanding orders is printed out
Recorded The date, at which the order for customer service was taken up. If this field is not set, the order is considered as internal. If it is finished, it is is printed out in the report internal finished orders
Total price That net total price of the job order. This field cannot be edited
Sales tax in % The percentage of value the added tax
Sales tax The money of the value added tax. This field cannot be edited
Order amount The total amount inclusive. value added tax. This field cannot be edited
Alredy payed The amount, which was already paid by the customers. This field cannot be edited
Payable amount The amount, which is to be still paid from the customer. This field cannot be edited
