The form has the following fields:
| Order-ID | The numberof the job order, for wich the invoice should be printed |
| Date of invoice | The date of the invoice |
| Invoice content | A text which will be printed on the invoice |
| Payment period | The time period in which the invoice should be payed |
| Opens a print preview with the generated invoice (s. fig. 9) |
