In the form Personell from the area Master data you administer information about the coworkers, who obey the orders for customer service.
The form has the following fields:
| ID | Automatically generated index of the coworker. This value cannot be edited! |
| Department | The department of the coworker |
| PersonelNumber | The personal number of the coworker |
| Firstname | The first name of the coworker |
| Lastname | The last name of the coworker |
| Title | The title of the coworker |
| The E-Mail adress of the coworker | |
| DirectDial | The direct dial telephone number of the coworker |
| TelephoneJobRelated | The job related telephone number of the coworker |
| PaymentRate | The payment rate of the coworker |
| OfficeLocation | The location of the office of the coworker |
| Navigationbar | Allows the creation, the saving and the deleting of coworkers. Likewise you can change between the individual coworkers |
