Form Accountings

In addition to a navigation bar, the form for the accountings has a table view of the transactions(s. fig. 315 ).

The columns has the following meanings:

AccountingNr The serial number of the transaction. This value will be automatically set by the database system
AccountingNumber The number of the transaction, that should be set by the user
AccountingDate The date of the transaction, which automaticale is set to the date of the entry
AccountingDescription Adescription of the transaction, which should be set by the user
AccountNumber A selection of the available accounts
Payout The amount that will be withdrawn on the account
Inpayment The amount that will be credited on the account
Taxable Optional field, if the transaction is relevant for taxing
